## *Fresh Pasta Making Workshop with Dinner at Rifugio San Pietro – Friday, May 9, 2025*
*Experience a unique experience in the mountains of Trentino and learn the art of fresh, handmade pasta!*
On Friday, May 9, 2025, from 4:00 p.m., an exclusive workshop on *fresh artisanal pasta* will take place in the impressive **Rifugio San Pietro* on Monte Calino in *Tenn*, led by **Susanna, an experienced *Sfoglina* from Bologna and master of the Italian culinary tradition.
### 🍝 *What to expect*
A special afternoon dedicated to discovering authentic homemade egg pasta. In a hands-on, fun, and engaging way, you'll learn all the secrets of hand-rolled puff pastry according to authentic Bolognese tradition.
During the workshop we will prepare together:
• Tagliatelle
• Linguine
• Tortelloni
• Maltagliati
... and many other wonders of handmade pasta!
We end the course with a *delicious dinner in the hut*, where we enjoy the fruits of our labor: fresh pasta, seasoned and served in a pleasant atmosphere.
